Berrima
Berrima is a perfectly preserved Georgian-era village in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, about 90 minutes southwest of Sydney. Its sandstone buildings, tree-lined streets, and slow pace make it feel like a living museum. Wander the main street to discover antique shops, art galleries, and cosy pubs that have been serving travellers since the 1830s. Berrima is an ideal stop on a road trip between Sydney and Canberra or as a day trip from Wollongong.
