Barangaroo Reserve is a stunning six-hectare headland park that juts into Sydney Harbour, offering sweeping views of the harbour, city skyline, and the Harbour Bridge. Opened in 2015, this former container terminal has been transformed into a masterwork of urban regeneration, with native bushland, sculpted sandstone headlands, and a network of walking and cycling paths. It's a peaceful escape from the city bustle, rich in Aboriginal history and contemporary design.

Highlights & What to See

Suggested Time to Spend

Most visitors find 1–2 hours sufficient to explore the reserve's main paths, take photos, and soak up the atmosphere. If you join the Aboriginal Heritage Walk or linger for a picnic, allow 2–3 hours. The reserve is easily combined with a visit to the nearby Barangaroo South dining precinct or a ferry ride from Circular Quay.
