Jurien Bay

Jurien Bay is a sleepy coastal town on Western Australia's Coral Coast, where turquoise waters meet white sandy beaches and a laid-back fishing-village vibe prevails. It's the perfect antidote to the Red Centre's desert heat — a place to cool off, spot sea lions, and soak up some of the state's most dazzling marine scenery.

Highlights & What to See

Suggested Time to Spend

Jurien Bay works well as a two-night stopover. Spend your first day exploring the town's beaches and jetty, then take a morning sea lion tour. On day two, drive to the Pinnacles and Lesueur National Park — you can easily do both in a day if you start early. If you're self-driving the Coral Coast from Perth to Exmouth, Jurien Bay is an ideal first or second overnight break.
