Suggested Time to Spend

Bellingen rewards a relaxed pace. Spend at least one full day to explore the town and its immediate surrounds, including a morning at the markets (if visiting on a market weekend) and an afternoon swimming in Never Never Creek. If you plan to explore Dorrigo National Park and other nearby natural attractions, add another day.
