On the first Saturday of every month, the sleepy suburb of West Gosford transforms into a bustling hive of activity as the Ewan Mundy Market takes over. This is the Central Coast's largest and most beloved community market, where locals and visitors alike come to browse, barter, and soak up the laid-back coastal atmosphere. With over 200 stalls spilling across the grounds of the Ewan Mundy Reserve, you'll find everything from fresh produce and artisan bread to vintage clothing, handmade crafts, and retro furniture. The air is thick with the scent of sizzling sausages, coffee, and freshly baked goods, while live music drifts from a central stage. It's the kind of place where you can easily while away a morning, chatting to stallholders and unearthing treasures you never knew you needed.

Highlights & What to See

Suggested Time to Spend

Set aside around two to three hours to properly explore the market. Arrive early (it opens at 8am) to beat the crowds and snag the best produce and vintage finds. If you're bringing the family or plan to linger over coffee and a bite to eat, you could easily stretch it to half a day. The market winds down by 2pm, so combine your visit with a late lunch at one of Gosford's waterfront cafés or a stroll along the Brisbane Water foreshore.
