Valle De La Luna

Valle de la Luna, or Moon Valley, is a surreal landscape of eroded sandstone and clay formations just west of San Juan. Named for its otherworldly, lunar-like appearance, this protected area offers dramatic canyons, ridges, and colorful strata that glow at sunrise and sunset.
