Yamba is a laid-back coastal town at the mouth of the Clarence River, where the river meets the sea. Spend your first day on the sand and visiting the lighthouse, then dedicate a day to Angourie and Yuraygir national parks. If you have a third day, take a river cruise or try your hand at fishing. Yamba also works well as a one-night stop on a longer coastal road trip between Sydney and Brisbane.
