Qixingtan Beach, or Seven Star Beach, is a stunning crescent of black sand on the coast of Hualien County, Taiwan. The beach is famous for its dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean, backed by the lush green Qingshui Cliffs and the Central Mountain Range. The dark sand, composed of tiny fragments of metamorphic rock, gives the beach a unique, almost mystical appearance. It's a beloved spot for locals and travelers alike, offering a serene escape from the city and a front-row seat to some of Taiwan's most spectacular coastal scenery.
