Highlights & What to See

Suggested Time to Spend

Most visitors spend 2–3 days to fully experience the plateau. This allows for a day hike to Mitchell Falls, a day exploring rock art and swimming holes, and a scenic flight. The dry season (May–October) is the best time to visit, as roads can be impassable in the wet. If you're short on time, a day trip via scenic flight from Kununurra is possible.
